The deephole area specializes in the drilling, boring, honing, and turning of precision tubular products. Deephole drilling capacity ranges from.125” to 6.00” hole diameter up to 144” deep, through the use of trepan, STS, or gundrill methods, as determined by the specific application. Off center gundrilling is available for up to 1.00” hole diameters with maximum lengths determined by part configuration. The precision manufacturing area includes CNC and conventional machining of all types of materials in the small to medium size range. Many of the parts we manufacture require in house deephole drilling, which translates to reduced cost and lead time for our customers.
